How To Unlock Sony Ericsson:

 
DO NOT use all attempts otherwise your phone will be hard locked (all phones have 10 attempts). The number of tries is displayed before you enter the code. If you less than 5 attempts to enter the code, contact us first before entering the code.

Video proof will be required if code does not work, it's a good idea to film it so we can help trouble shoot the problem.

Model:  Most SonyEricsson

1.    Turn ON your phone without Sim Card

2.    Press left arrow ONE TIME

3.    Press * button TWO TIME

4.    Press left arrow ONE TIME

5.    The message "Personalize with MNC2" or “Personalized with MNC3” will appear. Wait approximately three seconds. The display will indicate “Network” and a picture of a closed lock.

6.    Press Select.

7.    The display will indicate “Unlock (Net) 5” and “NCK:”

8.    Enter the 16 digit NLCK4U code (unlock code we provided you) and press okay.

9.    The handset will display “Network unlocked” and the display “Insert SIM” appears.

10.  The handset is successfully unlocked.

Or

1.    Input a non Authorized Sim Card

2.    Phone will prompt for a code

3.    Enter Unlock Code

Notice: If your phone have a "JOGDIAL" (Ex: SonyEricsson K700i) you must press "down arrow" instead of "left arrow" for step 2 & 3. We mean by "Down Arrow" to direct the Jogdial down.

Model : Satio and Vivaz

1.    Switch ON your phone without a SIM Card

2.    Compose #PW+CODE+1# (where CODE is the unlock code you are sent by email)

Notice: Press the star (*) button repeatedly to make the P, W or + appear

Model : Sony Ericsson X10, X10a, X10i

1.    Insert an Unauthorized Sim Card

2.    Turn on the phone

3.    It will then request for an Unlock Code

4.    Touch the Unlock Code box and the number pad will appear at the bottom of screen

5.    Enter Unlock Code

6.    Press "UNLOCK" button which is below the Unlock Code BOX

Model: Vivaz Pro U8a

1.    Press left arrow ONE TIME

2.    Press * button TWO TIME

3.    Press left arrow ONE TIME

4.    The message "Personalize with MNC2"

5.    Enter the Unlock Code

Model:  Z300

1.    Turn ON your phone with Unauthorized Sim Card

2.    Press left arrow ONE TIME

3.    Press * button TWO TIME

4.    Press left arrow ONE TIME

5.    The message "Personalize with MNC2" will appear

6.    Enter Unlock Code.  It may be necessary to PRESS ENTER or OK

Model: Txt Pro CK15, CK15a, CK15i:

1.    Insert an Unauthorized Sim Card

2.    Get to a dial screen and press #987654321#*

3.    Select Network

4.    Enter Unlock Code

Sony Ericsson Xperia software troubleshooting tips:

*Firmware must be 2.1, if you do not have 2.1 firmware, you must download Sony Ericsson PC companion HERE. You need it to install the firmware 2.1 for your Xperia device

*Please carefully read the PDF file attached with the download, step by step

"If credits are already use message appears:"

1.    Make sure there is no Sim Card in the phone

2.    Uninstall drivers and program

3.    Turn off firewall

4.    Re-Install

5.    Run the unlock again

Notice: Even though is stated you have no credits, as long as you are using the same computer and same phone, you will be able to run the program again as many times as you like.

*You can test this by inputting a Unauthorized Sim Card to see if the phone still asks you to enter a code.  This should not appear anymore after your phone is unlocked.

"Access denied" message appears:

1.    Go to start button

2.    Multi Unlock Client

3.    Unlock Client (but right click and "Run as Administrator" )

"File not found" or "Invalid File name" message appears:

1.    Uninstall drivers and program

2.    Turn off firewall

3.    Re-Install

4.    run unlock again

1.    Try procedure with a different computer
